Refund Policy

We have a 30-day policy to report issues with your order. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us if there is a problem.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to wrong size, preference, or change of mind.

Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

If this happens, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at returns@tiptibba.com and include clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Custom-made items and EU customers

In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

All our products are produced on demand after an order is placed.


Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
